XSL-FO and PHP? ---- reliable PHP Hosting?

Hello,

I'm a beginner in PHP, and I would like to know if it is possible (and
simple) to generate PDF using an XSL-FO engine in PHP?

Another question : I want to create a non-professional web site, which
free web hosting could you recommend me?
