I think people should remain innocent until proven sleazy. On the other hand, I've oft suspected marketeers of using fake job ads for targeted advertising.
I'm not saying the requester is sleazy - but most of the sleazy people use free accounts. A big difference.
And sorry, I'm not going to send personal information to some unknown person using a free account!
