You could probably do it in just PHP and HTML with image maps and using
library to draw predefined shapes in response to clicks, but it'd bepretty
slow and need loads of server round trips.lampposts;
Presumably you'd have some sort of template shapes like cars and
the average user isn't going to be much good at drawing a picture with amouse.

Next level up could be using Javascript to drag and drop elements around
