DIY enterprise information portal

Has anyone tried reverse-engineering Netvibes and placing Zend
Framework on the back end to implement an enterprise information
portal? Maybe do a Save As with your Netvibes page and Posh
http://www.portaneo.com/solutions/en/opensource.php as a starting
point...?

I figure it'd have the enterprise stamp of approval if it had ZF on
the back end.
