installing??? I "committed a mistake" to test it, but the error
message did not change from a normal error message to anything else.
After instaling a software, it is common to run a setup file and
follow the instructions, but there are no instructions! Do I have to
restart PHP like Apache or MySQL? What am I doing wrong???
quite clear.

(Top posting fixed)
They probably don't tell you to rename the file because you don't have to. If you don't know what a breakpoint is, you need to get some basic instruction in debugging - or maybe google to learn what one is. Same with your other questions. These are things not particular to this debugger - but to systems in general.
Just like when you start Word, MS doesn't teach you how to use a mouse. There are some things you are expected to know.
And please don't top post.
