Open source is called open for a reason, and the reason is, things
are open. So if you're looking for contributors, write up your
vision of the project and post it somewhere people can read it.

It seems that you are wrong because there is still project's owner and
ideologist. So I do not want too many people to know about this
project - or else people can organize things oneself.
