PDO on windows

Much to my surprise PDO does not come with php 5.2.6 on windows.

I can't seem to find out much about how to install PDO and the mysql driver for IIS and windows. I haven't given up googling, but...

Any resources on this? I have a client that I'll need to talk through this. Hard to do when you are clueless yourself!
