input handler ?

Hi to all,

May be my question is stupid. I am looking for a 'simple' way to
pre-process a PHP/HTML file, a kind of 'input_handler=myfunction()' to
alter HTML tags and convert into PHP calls. Does anybody have ideas
about that ?
