PHP Accelerator users?

I have searched for hours to find any kind of decent support for
Ioncube's PHP Accelerator, yet have come up with barely anything. One
major problem I am having is a cache reinitialization and how to fix it.
Also, would anyone know of any places that use this for many users(1,000
or more)? We are trying to set it up on Cyrus servers in conjuction with
Squirrelmail, but getting it all to work is somewhat difficult without
any kind of formal support. Thanks.
