Loading external XML

Hello, I have some problem loading external xml file (from external
domain).

I try using file(), fread with fopen, but i don't have permission from
the server to read external files.
Them, I try using Flash to get XML content, but flash 6 and 7 don't
read xml files from others domains without the policy file on the xml
domain (crossdomain.xml). Flash 5 is not the solution too, because I
need some functions from 6 or 7.
Them I try Javascript, but JS don't read xml files from others
domains, like flash.

There is some way to read external xml files, skiping this problems?
