PHP Magically stops working on IIS Server

Hello everyone,

I am wondering if someone can point me in the right direction towards
solving this frustrating problem. Here is the basic run-down. PHP was
working on the server just fine a few days ago. I have changed the name
of the server and added it to a domain.

Now magically PHP is broken. Everytime I try to access a php page, I
get 500 Server error. I have tried everything I know about setting up
PHP on IIS (Windows 2003). I have deleted the website, and recreated it
in IIS. I have deleted PHP from Web Service Extension and re-added it.
I have recreated it with configuration under Home directory tab in IIS.

I have set it up according to this website:

http://www.phpbuddy.com/sub_articles.php?other_articles=4

except, that I used php-cgi.exe for my executable, and I did it to a
website called PHP.

Nothing works.

Are there any error logs that can tell me something?

Thanks

.
