Debian: Apache1 and 2 -> but pg connect fails on apache2, apache1.3 is prety good

Hello!
I'm running Apache1.3 on Port 80 and Apache2 on Port 443 an my Debian
System. Problem is that Apache1.3 can communicate with postgres
(pg_connect), but pg_connect fails on Apache2. I want both Apaches work
well with Postgres.
-> How do I have to configure Php??
