Send crypted mail

Hi.. i need to send encrypted mails from my php shopping cart to an
email box.. this info will be credit vard info and so.

how can i do it? i need that the email came encripted and when I read
the email from outlook, i descrypted it with a password.

I already have an Verisign SSL certificate.. i can use it for that??
