Remove sentence

Anyone know a simple way to remove an entire sentence if there is a
certain word in it. Also to remove some all html links like <a
href="something.com">blah</a> I want everything including and between
<a and /a> to be gone.
The sentence I am trying to remove is from MMS postings. With
everyposting I recieve "This is an MMS message. Please go to
http://mms.nextel.com/mms/anon/do/LegacyLogin?account=1540&sender=18054326411&recipient=1540&password=ahgnhn
to view the message." And so I want to remove it. Any sentence with MMS
I want gone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!
