Saving files from a directery

Hi,

I would like to know how to save a file from a directery. For example
i need to be able to get my coding files off of my website directery
because i no longer have them on my comp. When I right click and say
save as. I only get the html part of the code, no php or anything,
just what you would see if you said view source code. Can anyone help
me with this?
