CRUD Frameowrk in PHP

HI,

I'm a PHP developer, but I recently studied RUBY ON RAILS, and I found
it amazing!!

This tool let you develop in ruby using the MVC pattern.

The problem is that on my hosting server I can't install RUBY, so I
have to write code in PHP using ONLY STANDARD LIBRARIES (no pear
allowed!!!).

I wonder if there's an equivalent to RUBY ON RAILS, but written in PHP.
I get tired of writing CRUD code all the time!!

(CRUD means Create - Retrieve - Update - Delete)

I found BISCUIT and POG, but I don't know if they are useful, can
someone head me on the right way?
