PHP safe dynamic inclusion?

Last year, around this time, I figured out how to do dynamic inclusion
on my website. A little while after I figured this out, my host got
shut down. And not too long after that my computer went, along with
the code.
I've been looking around the internet for the "safe" dynamic include
code, I've tried something but it did not work at all.
I'm feeling a litttle rushed, cause I have exams this week and I need
to get this done sometime soon.
