I've looked a little myself and found little, seems odd. I didn't look at sourceforge long enough to see what status the project was in.

I would recommend writing a version yourself for now, should be pretty easy, and then swith to mugshot later. If you could see from the source code the database description you wouldn't even need to port you data. Or you could use the beta, better still become a contributor.
