Pipe email with attachments

Hi,

I'm trying to pipe an email with file attachements. For those of you
who are not familiar with piping emals check out this page first:

Using the code from the link above I can extract any text element from
the email and store it in a variable, however, I haven't found a way to
extract any possible attached files. Anyone know how to do this?
