Yes, that's possible.
You can upload the DB file to phpMyAdmin
(http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/index.php). This is a tool for
maintaining MySQL databases.
You can also de-install the separate software packages and install 1
packet. Poeple with the right knowlidge build it for you.
I used XAMPP / LAMPP. LAMPP = Linux Apache MySQL Postgresql Postfix
XAMPP => Windows => http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html
LAMPP => Linux => http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-linux.html
