Encoding PC-850

Hi!

I need to be able to encode text to PC-850 but I have big trouble finding out info about this encoding. Does it even exist? I get a few google hits, but nothing useful. Any idea of how I can convert for example an UTF-8 string or an ISO-8859-1 to this PC-850 format?
