Upload progress with PHP 5.2 : possible ?

Hello

Rasmus and other people said that php 5.2 integrated the extension that
enable us to find how much data has been uploaded before the upload
process is finished. (see here
http://www.mail-archive.com/internals@xxxxxxxxxxxxx/msg24558.html)

My question is : with php 5.2, how to know how much bytes has been
upload before the upload process is finished in order to make a
progress barr ? I have "googled" and search all sort of mailing lsit
but didn't find ONE example.

The example made by Rasmus here http://progphp.com/progress.php that
works with php 5.2 but doens't work in my brownser (IE 7) but works
very well with firefox 1.5. Is it possible to have the php source of
this script ?

Thanks in advance.
