PHP MAIL + HOTMAIL

Hello,

I don't know if Microsoft has changed their mail policies but it's no
longer possible to send full qualified URLs in the body message of the
e-mail.

Using PHP's mail() function I'm able to send html e-mails, unless they
contain URLs.

Could someone please verify this?
