I realize I'm probably stepping on some toes here, but I'm going to assume that there is (judging from the wording) a language barrier here. While I'm all for the "teach a man to fish" philosophy, I'm not sure that language isn't getting in the way of the lesson...

The one ready-made solution that I'm aware of that will help you is the PECL mailparse package: http://pecl.php.net/package/mailparse
Otherwise, #6 (and maybe #7) in your search results list should do it...
