Rotating Images from a text file using PHP

Hi everyone,

I have search the net for the past 2hrs looking for a php script that
can:

1. Rotate images placed in a folder.
2. The images shoult have their own hyperlink & alt tag.
3 The PHP Script should be able to retrieve the alt tag and hyperlink
for each image from a .txt file.

I am trying to set this up for a client so that the client can edit
the alt tags and hyperlinks from the text file without having to touch
the PHP file.
The width and height will be the same for all images.
I really only will be rotating two images.....

Does anybody know of such a script? ... Not including the Hercules
script, It confuses me!!!

Many Thanks

Stephen
