Accessing oci8 php 5.2.5 Solaris 10 x86

I compiled PHP Modules oci8 and PDO_oci.

I get these errors when I run:

make test TESTS=ext/oci8

FAIL oci_bind_array_by_name() and invalid values 1 [ext/oci8/
tests/array_bind_001.phpt]

I set the user information in details.inc

Can the user connect to the Oracle DB server with only read access to
the DB?
