best blog for PHP project

I want to set-up a front end site/blog for my project, what ones have
you guys (and gals) used that you like?

Some of the things I am looking for:

- PHP Syntax Highlighting (of course)
- Post from Email (noticed this as a feature, sounds usefull)
- Good comment system
- Include images in posts
- Wiki like syntax preferred over HTML like syntax for story editor.
- Search
- Categorize (archive?) posts

Advertising-support is not needed (some seem pretty advertising
support heavy).

Suggestions?

Some of the related or sonewhat related one on my bluehost account
that I can click to add are:
b2evolution, nucleus, wordpress, drupal, geekblog, joomla, mambo, php-
nuke, phpwcms, phpwebsite, siteframe, xoops, phpbb, smf.

So if there are comments on your experiences if any of those it would
be helpfull too.

Thanks!
Larry
