What have you tried, and what was the result?
OT: That's not how LDAP works; each entry can have many different
attributes, not all of which are required.

Post what you've done, learn more about LDAP (from somewhere else), and
ask more specific questions, and perhaps people will be able to help
more effectively.
perldoc Net::LDAP might be useful, too.
