Then below that under system variables, I have a variable named 'Path'
that has

C:\Perl\bin\;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\PROGRA~1\CA\SHARED~1\SCANEN~1

for the value.

I'm still lost. Thanks
