Do you want blinking lights, too?
It is one of the more poorly written faqs, but not for the reason you note
(which again isn't surprising). I'm still waiting on the second solution.
The first one was running Apache with mod_perl and/or fastcgi, but then no
one got around to the second solution. To make it slightly less
server-specific (although fastcgi is available for IIS) and add a second
solution, it might be rewritten to mention the perlis dll that ActiveState
offers for IIS.
