I'm sure people are happy to use the interactive service, but are certainly not happy having a red dot on the screen, I know of no one who likes having a red dot on the screen, Sky just have contempt for the viewer, I dumped Sky Movies ages ago, moved to Online DVD rental, recently dumped Sky altogether because of annoying DOGs and banners on the screen, the only way Sky will learn is if people just cancel and tell them why. ...
