Win32::IE::Mechanize can't upload

I have a form on a webpage I am trying to automate. there is a 'file'
field that I can't get to accept data. I've mapped the path down to
the Win32::IE::Input module, and tried to set the value from that, but
still nothing.
Has anyone been able to get this to work?
