Newbie and prob with OLE Browser

Hi:

I just installed Perl in order to try the OLE Browser, and get info on
IE's methods, classes, variables, etc

However, when I entered the index.html from Perl into my IE search
field, and clicked on OLE Browser, I got the following error with my Win XP
(sp3) machine:

"Initialize and Script ActiveX Controls not marked as safe" security
setting

It then told me to use 'Enable' instead of 'Prompt' for this setting on
Local Internet

But I *did* mark it as enable, and re-started my machine and still have
the same error :((

Would appreciate any guidance offered !
