There are tons of templating systems in CPAN. I'd suggest going to
<http://search.cpan.org>, where you can find them and read their docs
online. Everybody seems to have their personal idea of what the ideal
templating system is, so I think you're going to have to pick the closest
matches for yourself. After you do that, you can certainly come back here
and ask questions about the quality/reliability/scalability of your
candidates, but until then you're just going to get people telling you
their personal preferences, which may not be meaningfully related to yours.
