I got a message from another user who managed to trace one of the
problems on 64-bit platforms: only the files in libPARI/ are compiled
with -DULONG_IS_64BIT; but ./Pari.c should be also compiled with this
flag. Edit the DEFINES in the toplevel Makefile.
