Want Easy Module for Sending SMTP Attachments

What are the best/easiest Perl modules for sending
(Multipart?) SMTP messages with attachments?
I have tried the Net::SMTP::Multipart module, but it doesn't
suit my needs; the header and text body are blank or not as
I expect, and the file attachments are labelled with bad
names (when I receive the message in Outlook - sorry).
I just want to easily send file attachments.
