installation of perl module Net::SFTP

Hi,

I am trying to install Net::SFTP from the CPAN mirror site by using
the command perl -MCPAN -e 'install Net::SFTP' but it is giving me the
following error

  Can't test without successful make

  make had returned bad status, install seems impossible

I am using SCO Open server 5.
