I'm trying to build the pilot-link perl module PDA::Pilot.
However, when I run the perl Makefile.PL , the Makefile generated
doesn't list the correct directory for installation that I
    specified.

Is there something special in a Makefile.PL I need to code
so that things install in my personal directory rather than the
    system wide perl directory?
