Announce: Set::Array, Set::Hash, Set::String - new maintainer

Hi Folks

The author of these 3 modules, Daniel Berger, has asked me to take over maintenance of them, and I've agreed. He's moving out of Perl, poor chap.

When PAUSE/etc have been notified and can cope with the new reality, I will release a new version of Set::Array with bug fixes so it will handle elements of value 0, for use with array indexes, and non-bug fixes to stop warnings about deprecated constructs.

No other changes are planned (by me).

Since I rarely read this news group, email me directly if you have any concerns about these modules.
