How to write Delphi 2005 XML-style project files (.bdsproj)?

    Hi guys,

    does anybody know how to write Delphi 2005 XML-style project files
    (.bdsproj) with Perl?

    I've tried XML::Simple, I manged to read the XML file, but after writing
    it, Delphi doesn't recognize it any longer. It might have to do with
    some "magic bytes" in the first line of the .bdsproj file, or a
    particular type of formatting.
