cpan Net::FTP hangs

    With a recent cpan install, when I try to do a module install with
    cpan, Net::FTP goes to do a fetch and the program just hangs.

    The same FTP command with, say, ncftp from the same box works fine and
    instantly.

    Anyone else have this problem?
