[ANNOUNCE] Win32::Console::ANSI v1.0

I'm happy to announce the last release of Win32::Console::ANSI.
On Win32 systems, this module emulates an ANSI console for the script that
uses it.
The module was totally rewritten in C.
This eliminates several previous versions limitations and bugs.
