Termcap under Windows XP...

I am trying to get termcap running under Windows XP, and am getting the
message "POSIX::termios not implemented on this architecture at termcapxx.pl
line 3.". I am trying to maintain source code compatibility between XP and
Unix/Linux. Perl version is Activestate v5.8.8 built for
MSWin32-x86-multi-thread...
