Installing IO::Socket::SSL on Win32?

Hello.

I would like to use the IO::Socket::SSL module on a win32 system.

Unfortunately, this has launched me into a series of dependencies
(Net::SSLeay, openssl) which stubbornly refuse to compile.

Has anyone here had success building and installing openssl
and NET::SSLeay on a Win32 system? Your help would be
much appreciated.
