"audio::wav" module

Dear, all.
i had a question regarding "audio::wav" module.
wish someone can help me.
i imported a audio raw file by a CGI application.
the bits_sample, sample_rate, and channels of this raw file were 16,
11025, and 1.
this raw file was correct, because i had tested this file through cool
edit V2.
then, i applied the "write_raw" command of audio::wav module to
transfer this raw file into a wav file.
finally, although i got a wav file, this wav file was incorrect and no
data existed in this file.
i tried both activeperl V5.8 and V5.10.
this problem existed in both activeperl versions.
i don't what the problem because the perl codes were correct.
i allowed the reading, writing and executing permission in my IIS
server.
does anyone transfer a raw file into a wav file successfully?
please share your experience.
thanks for help.
Sincerely,
Andrew
