Ad hominem attacks are *never* called for.
I'm afraid you need to learn better what `ad hominem' means...
It's Latin, meaning "against the man." It's when you attack a person
rather than an idea - such as stating that an entire group of people
you've never met cannot read documentation, instead of giving an
example of a poorly-written bug report you've received.
I'm afraid it is you who is on your own.
