I strongly suggest you as in a newsgroup that actually deals with things,
e.g. one of the ....webauthoring.cgi or so.
None of what you described is related to Perl in any way and it would be a
mere coincidence if someone reading this NG would be knowledgeable in one of
those topics listed above.
