perl module installation

Once I downloaded, decompressed, unpacked these modules and go through the Build process, I get errors. I don't know what is causing these errors, nor where to look to determine what is causing them. I know this is a very general description. I am not even absolutely sure I am downloading the correct modules to enable the scripts to run.
