Mail::POP3Client Doesn't Work on Win32 perl

I have
This is perl, v5.6.1 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
(with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)

I also have the Mail::POP3Client but it doen;t connect to anywhere.

Could you help me with that?
