Guys!

I found the problem! It was the form line (see below)

<form method="post" action="/cgi-bin/TestBed/test_main.cgi">

when I commented this out it worked!

So, ok.... WHY?

I am really lost with some of this stuff, I noticed that <p> stuffs them up too.
